After 8years building & 2in bible college I did 3 vol.for church camps &an aboriginal mission.The2yrs.out west running a church program as well as heavy building & in extreme heat & a small tin hut &one year without power.I lost 1/3my weight,developed CFS.&have never fully recovered.I still do heavy building work at times & cycle regularly but have serious sleeploss & heartburn.The digestive enzymes give me diarrhea so I take ginger & cultivate milk thistle that while not a cure help greatly.Later was pastor for12years & able to help a few quit tobacco& alcohol by a low GI.diet & vit.B to relax the Nerves & C to strengthen the immune system & cleanse body tissues.Since returning south with a van & big trailer have done 90+ full house moves for poorer folk free some at quite a distance I studied remedial massage & reflexology which can give great benefit to every known illness,&have studied health for years & the recent developments are breathtaking.All illness & aging is caused in part by hormone loss.at Palm Springs antiaging retreats test12major hormones making a capsule,cream or patch,or implant in the buttocks. But there are also aminoacid combos that stimulate hormones,& glandulars from animals that can help greatly also .Another thing quite promising is umbilical chord stemcell therapy but I think almost as expensive.But to boost stemcells they now use marine phytoplankton which is far cheaper but slower.Also sheep placenta & colostrum products can have great benefit. Love tennis, bush &beach walks swimming,cycling, renovating, camping.Here on the Gold Coast, we have beautiful beaches of silver sand,brilliant boating,fine fishing, regal Forrest,wondrous waterfalls.& my oh my & snakes alive All within an hours drive |
