I try to avoid them whenever possible, and I’m always a little bit on edge when I know that they’re around. In terms of my work-life balance, I believe in working hard, but also taking the time to enjoy the fruits of my labor. I take my responsibilities seriously, but I also understand the importance of taking breaks and doing things that bring me joy and fulfillment.
