My personal mantra goes, ’Gotta like for who I am.’ I’ve never sought (or found) a reason to ’reinvent’ myself for anyone. In this way I regard myself as an authentic person with a unique persona. With my opener aside, I’ll relate some personal attributes to paint a rough picture of what makes me tick. One such cog is I’m a methodical guy who’s adament about seeing things through to completion. When I’m passionate about a subject, I don’t just see it through, I seek to embody it ’til the deed’s done. By nature, I’m a free thinker who subscribes to ’outside the box thinking.’ In highschool my language arts teacher called me a nonconformist. Her assertion was correct then & still applies now. (Thank you, Mrs. Sczygiel!) Okay, that’s the big existential stuff out of the way. Physically, I’m known to jog spontaneously to help in keeping myself trim with further help from some isometrics. Back home in Canada I enjoyed cycling on road or trail & the occasional hike in the woods. That thought conjures up the idea of nature’s creatures. And, yes, I get along well with almost all cats & dogs. Any free time allowed, I voraciously read non-fiction. The point has always been to acquire some kind of applicable knowledge. For, you see, I’m the pragmatic, semi-scientific type wanting to know the how’s of a topic of interest. Wrapping things up, I’m a student & practitioner of stock & options trading. If you have a similar such interest I’ll never tire of relating stories from the great minds of Wall St. |
